Where can I learn more about what your products are made of, and how to use them?

How long will it take for my order to reach me?

​

There is a 2-3 working day processing time for us to prepare your candles/1 working day to prepare your reed diffusers/room sprays. Excluding processing time, it would take about 1-2 working days* for your order to be delivered. Once your order is on the way, we'll send an email with the tracking number.

*As delivery is done by a third party, we cannot guarantee these delivery times.

How do I get a refund or replacement?

​

We offer refunds or replacements (subject to stock availability) for defective items.

​

Kindly contact us at itsrainingcandles.sg@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number, reason for return or refund and photos.

​

We are unable to accept refunds or replacements for change of mind, etc.

Do you accept orders for events?

​

Yes we do! Just let us know a few months in advance to take into account planning time and shipping time for our raw materials and supplies.

Do you deliver overseas?

​

We only deliver to Singapore addresses at the moment.
